Hi! My name is Natalia, I am starting this fund raiser to help a family in my community who has recently has some news change the rest of their lives. Jack and Bria De Abreu are 2 individuals that grew up in the same neighbourhood as me went to the same school as me and were always around, I babysat them when they were younger as well. Their mother was always around within the school system as well volunteering with the school and always making sure they put themselves before others regardless of the scenario.

Last November Jack was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, a disease that damages your lungs, digestive system, and other organs. Jack's specific case requires a medication that unfortunately is not covered by any funding or benefits in Ontario Canada. This medication is something that Jack will need to take for the rest of his life and costs about $38,000 per month.

Please help me, help Jack and his family get some relief from their situation and hope that one day something can become much more easily accessible, for themselves and anyone else who has and will have Cystic Fibrosis.
