Hi! My name is Jack Curtis, and I’m reaching out to ask for help in covering my medical expenses related to my cancer treatment, as well as my very high tuition costs. 

This past summer, I was hit with the most heartbreaking news of my life. I was diagnosed with late-stage 2 ‘unfavorable’ Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. The cancer had spread to my chest and was growing around my heart before I started treatment. 

Despite this tough treatment, I still played as a college football player at Carleton College. As a senior, this season meant the world to me, and all my teammates.

I am proud to say now that I am into a healthy remission, and doing much better. The cancer journey however never ends. I still have some recurring payments to make and travel needed to do. This makes tuition a huge issue as well. 

Anything would help me pursue my dreams both athletically and academically. God bless you all.
