My name is Vic Javeri.. I am starting a go-fund-me for a brother Firefighter and Rescuer Aaron Alcott who has spent a huge portion of his adult life protecting his community in Salmon Arm BC, Canada. Aaron and his long term Partner Becca lost their beautiful 10 year old step son this week from a sudden seizure. This is a heartbreaking situation for Aaron, his partner and their 4 surviving children.

Our department has done what we can to help but we are a very small fire department in a very small community.. due to this, we are trying to put the word out into the larger online community to see if we can help save his family from financial ruin during this devastating time.

Funds collected will be used for funeral costs and to make sure the family can focus on healing for a few weeks.

It is not in Aaron’s family’s nature to ask for help.. and I don’t know anyone that deserves help more.

Anything the wider online community can do to be of assistance would be greatly appreciated.
