Hi my name is Jack and I am transgender man fundraising to help afford gender affirming surgery top surgery! I began my medical transition 2 years ago and have never felt happier. Top surgery is the next step in feeling comfortable living in my body.

While I am very grateful that my insurance covers a portion of the surgery, there is still a large chunk that needs to be paid out of pocket. I’ve started this fundraiser with hopes of finding some help to afford this surgery.
