Jack A. Shanks Memorial Fund

Sunday, 7/14/2018 was by far the hardest night of our lives as my family and I hugged our hero as he took his last breath. My father had lost his battle with kidney disease...
My father (Jack Shanks) was a larger than life hero to my brother (Mason Shanks) and I. He was also an amazing husband to my Mother (Betsy Shanks), as well as an incredible Brother, friend, father-in-law, colleague and Pops to my sweet daughter who absolutely adored him.
Our Dad always had a smile on his face and if you were lucky enough to be in the same room as him, then you absolutely knew he was there. We will miss his smile, stories and laughter more than imaginable.
Aside from the extreme sadness and emptiness we now and will continue to have because of his passing... My family is now facing the reality of the medical expenses. My family and I appreciate any and all contributions and we thank everyone who has prayed for us and stood by our sides during this extremely difficult time. We love you all.
