Help Baby Jace
Donation protected
At 6:30am, Tuesday, March 24th, 2015 Robb & Kristen awoke to their almost 8 month old son Jace, covered in blood.
After a visit with EMT's, a trip to the emergency room, an emergency visit with an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist, and a 2nd visit to the emergency room, Jace was transported by ambulance to the Cleveland Clinic main campus in downtown Cleveland for further treatment and evaluation.
All of this in one day!Jace was immediately admitted to the PICU (pediatric ICU), sent for a CT scan, followed by an MRI, biopsy surgery and an angeogram. The CT and MRI showed that Jace had suffered a stroke and that there is a large tumor on the right side of his neck, extending up to his ear canal pushing it inward and backward to his spinal column at the base of his skull. Once we receive the biopsy results on what type of tumor it is, doctors will be able to establish a treatment plan.
Kristen is a stay at home Mom to 8 Month old Jace and 7 year old Karleigh. Karleigh is great big sister to Jace and a first grader at Horace Mann Elementary School. Robb is an independant contractor and has been unable to work since the start, which makes it increasingly difficult to pay bills and care for the family.
Any type of donation that you can provide will go directly to Jace's family to help with bills, including food, gas, parking, medications, as well as living expenses for the unforseen future.
