Jablanski Family Cancer Fund

Donation protected
I do a lot of fundraising but this one hits home.

Several weeks ago my son SPC Justin Jablanski, an active member of the Army National Guard, had a biopsy on a growth that developed after his deployment in the Middle East last year. The results have come back as Malignant Melanoma.

As a family we have remained private and are following the protocol. It has quickly become a financial strain as the Oncologists are moving swiftly and the loss of income from work has already become worrisome for Justin and his family. As with many, their pride stands tall. It provides me great comfort to do this for them.

On June 19th Justin will have a partial amputation of his ear followed by a firestorm of appointments to make sure the cancer is no where else.  It seems a bit surreal to use cancer and my son in the same sentence. We remain confident that this will have a positive outcome.

So my hope for his family is the generosity of The Village that always shines for those that encounter the unforeseen hurdles of life will continue to shine again, one more time.

Justin has reached out to the VA but sadly, as we read so many times, the process for any assistance is full of red tape and dead ends. I have set the bar high. If we meet the goal, that's great. If not, any contribution will help regardless!

I am proud of this son of ours. He has served us. Let's serve him. If you would please share this around the Village near and far I would appreciate it!

God Bless America - we stand!
