My sister’s and I would like to start this GoFundMe to assist our sweet Momma, Teresa Williams, and stepdad as she recovers from a recent heart attack.

On May 10th, our Mom suffered a massive heart attack which required triple bypass open heart surgery on May 13th. As of today, May 22nd, she is still in Cardiovascular ICU with no estimated date of release. Her surgeon says her heart is badly damaged from the heart attack and her healing is going to be a long slow road.

As you can imagine, the medical expenses are adding up and she will not be able to return to work for quite some time which is is not only a loss of income but could result in loss of health insurance as well. In addition, our stepdad is traveling 3-4 hours daily to be with her at the hospital. We want to help alleviate financial burden they may have so that she can focus strictly on rest and healing. We want to see her get back to what she loves, playing in the dirt; thrifting; and loving on her grand babies!

Our Mom has gone through more than most in a fairly small amount of time, including but not limited to being a two time breast cancer survivor; foot surgery; back surgery; now this. Somehow, she has always come out on the other side with more strength and grit than you could imagine and we pray this time is no different.

More than anything, we would like to request prayers for her healing and recovery. If you are able to donate, I know they (and we) would greatly appreciate any support. If you are not able, we totally understand and ask that you please keep her on your prayer list.
