Travis Milligan (31) lost his wife and best friend Stacy Milligan (35) unexpectedly on December 1, 2019. Travis Milligan works for HydrochemPSC out of Ohio Valley for the Specialty Mechanical Group. Travis has been a valued employee with HydrochemPSC/CARBER for 6 years. As you can imagine, you can never plan for a situation like this. Travis and his two sons, Carter Milligan (8) and Carson Milligan (3) would appreciate any support to help with Funeral costs and other unexpected expenses during this difficult time.
