Nate is only 34 yrs old and recently experienced a stroke that affected the left side of his body. Doctors tell him he will not be able to drive a vehicle or return to work for quite some time.

Nate is a single father who loves being a Dad and feels blessed having his 11 year old son, McKai, share their rental home together.

Although Nate has been discharged to return home, he continues to receive physical and occupational therapy.

Nate is hopeful that his healing will progress quickly so he can return to his work as a rigger.

If you know Nate, you know him to have a positive outlook on life. He believes he will regain his physical strength, muscle coordination, and full use of the left side of his body before long. He is very driven!

While waiting to return to work, Nate is trying to create ways to bring in some form of income. Although he sees his limitations as temporary, he is still struggling to maintain his housing expenses.
