Hello, my name is Katie and I’m making this go fund me to raise funds for my Aunt Laura (mom of 5 youngest is 10). In November 2025 she had a biopsy and was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. In December 2025 she underwent surgery to remove the tumor the tail end of her pancreas and her spleen. A week later she was rushed to the hospital her pancreas was leaking and the fluid was pushing an artery in her abdomen causing a blood clot. She has been in and out of the hospital her body just isn’t responding well to the surgery! She spent a week at Millard Fillmore her legs swelled up and were burning she was in excruciating pain. As of right now she’s having the same burning and swelling in her arm she has to see rheumatologist. She will also be starting chemotherapy soon but she has to wait for her drainage tube to be removed that’s been put in due to the blood clot. Bills are piling up and she’s used all of her pto! With all the complications who knows when she’ll be able to return back to work.

Anyone who knows my aunt Laura knows she would literally give the shirt of her back to someone who needed it! Her daughter Brittany was in and out of the hospital last year and had a kidney transplant in February 2025! My aunt Laura just can not catch a break! So please help give her a sign of relief she shouldn’t have to worry about bills and trying to hurry up and get back to work she needs to relax and heal because she’s going to kick cancers Butt!!!!
