Sandy's Cancer Fund

We have created this page for our Super Mum living with stage 4 lung cancer. Her name is Sandy and she is the strongest woman in the world. Turns out, the biggest challenge she faced in life wasn't raising my two beautiful sisters, Katie 20 and Hollie 19 as a single mum but trying to live for as long as possible just to see my sisters finish high school......
Well she did it! Beating all the medical statistics, she has survived 2 years since the diagnosis and is now looking at options for her 3rd chemotherapy treatment.
Mum has received "the kitchen sink" in terms of treatments, you name it she has had it...surgery, radiotherapy (brain, neck, and spine), chemotherapy x2, medications, fluid drained from her lung, endless occasions in the emergency department and so on.
I'm hoping this fund raising will make life just that little bit easier, whether its paying for her next pain medication script, fuel to drive to her next appointment or having the option to stop work and enjoy life at home without worrying about the bills (that's right, she is still going to work!! Super Mum).
