On April 8, 2017, Chris Contorchick suffered a heart attack while golfing.   He was hospitalized immediately.  During the treatment of the heart attack, within days, Chris had developed numerous complication, including pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome and kidney failure.  He was on a vent for three weeks and dialysis for over two weeks.  He remains in the hospital one month later and has a long road to recovery. 

Throughout all of the days/nights in the hospital, tests, treatment, etc and upcoming tests, treatment, physical therapy ,etc.... this Go Fund Me page has been created to help Chris and his family with upcoming medical bills.  Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Chris is a fighter and he will continue to fight with the support of his family and friends.
