Lets Save Luna

Luna is in critical condition.  Jenene took her into the vet because she was just not being herself.  When Jenene took her to the vet, she found that her white blood cells shouldn’t be higher than 17, and Luna's was at 43, so it was extremely high. Her red blood cells shouldn’t be lower than 8.5, and hers was at 1.85. Super low. The doctor found a large mass, but couldnt identify if it were cancer or a foreign object, so she needed a specialized ultrasound (after already having a normal ultrasound, an xray and extensive bloodwork, as well as an iv to pump iron and fluids in to get her stable enough to make it to the blood transfusion). The specialized ultrasound was an additional $475. This morning at 10am the results came back and the ultrasound showed that her intestines were swallowing parts of other intestines, and needed immediate emergency surgery. 

In order for Luna to have surgery, her vitals need to be up. They began a blood transfusion immediately, and her only chance is a very high risk surgery.

Luna and Della are Jenene and Jordan's life!!! They are like their children and have so much love for them. Jenene is completely, completely devastated. 

Some of you may not know, but Jenene recently left her job without having something lined up because of a toxic workplace environment. She was an Activities Director at a private community, and a few of her residents of the community she worked with were harassing her to the point where she didn't feel safe anymore. So with recently paying off her wedding and literallu just resigning from her job that she loved so much, with the exception of those few that made her work life miserable, they're already experiencing financial hardships to get through the holidays until she gets another job.
