Zambia Mission 2025

I am an 18 year old missionary and missionary kid. I have an Egyptian father and South African mother. I was born in Grand Rapids, lived the first 5 years of my life in Southern Spain, and then in 2010 moved to South Africa. Being a part of the nations has truly been the richest blessing in my life. I moved to Grand Rapids in December of 2021 and have found such joy being in the United States. I graduated from Northpointe Christian high school in 2024 and shortly after graduating I went back to South Africa for 6 months for a Discipleship Training School with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). I spent 3 months living with 19 other young students from all around the world and another 3 months travelling and camping in remote villages of Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and Botswana. I have witnessed the depth of the gospel being spread to the desperate and unreached and I have a passion for missions and serving others. The Lord has broken my heart for my generation and has equipped me to not just be a disciple but to make disciples. I love spending time with people and seeing how I can serve and love them well, just as Jesus loves us. I believe that the greatest gift we can give to those around us, is our time and devotion and to put aside pride and preference but to allow God to lead us and show us how He takes care of us.

In June 2025, I am joining a team from Northpointe Christian High School on a mission trip to Zambia. I am so excited to see how the Lord uses this trip to transform our hearts through the humility and love of the Zambian people and culture.
