Ray McLean began battling thyroid and after chemo and radiation treatment, the cancer in his thyroid cancer has gone into remission.  After, returning back to work as a Correctional officer, he was later informed by his physician, after a detailed examination he was . diagnosed with bone cancer and was unable to returned to work.  Because of the medical insurance and the type of coverage, Ray and his family moved to Florida to continue his medical treatment.  Because of the various health challenges, Mrs. McLean was forced to attend to her husband's daily health needs.  Due to Ray's consistent and constant pain and the difficulty Mrs. McLean transporting, she had Ray placed him on hospice, which has discontinued his chemo treatment.  Everyone's financial assistance would aide them with rent, utilities along with car payment and both health and car insurance.  Mrs. McLean is having problems of going out to seek employment and to get assistance from the VA hospital and or being able to apply for further assistance and the savings is at it's minimum and bills are still accumulating.
