Hi my name is Penny and our puppy Charlie was attacked by 2 pitbulls while going for a swim down at the river on Saturday. They tore open his stomach & he requires surgery. We are short on funds at the moment and a vet bill is the last thing we need. I don't know what else to do to help poor Charlie he is suffering . My children are devastated. Any donation will help!
