Presley needs to have her heart fixed. She was born with a congenital heart problem. Due to some recent complications she’s unable to have the planned surgery in Utah and is scheduled to have her heart fixed in Boston at the end of May. Her mom will have to be there a minimum of three weeks and will incur a lot of expenses for the trip. Please, please, please, help them so Presley can get the best medical care possible!
