Jack Wilson is a loving husband, father of 5, grandfather of 14, brother to 7 siblings, and uncle & great-uncle to so very many.  He loves spending time with his family and golf.  Lots of golf.  He was recently and unexpectedly diagnosed with stage IV small cell lung cancer at Thanksgiving 2016.  It metastasized to his lymph nodes, liver, brain, and bones.  It is a very aggressive cancer.  He has tried immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation.  He is currently planning a second episode of chemotherapy.  He is also on an intensive drug regimen to help control his sodium levels with which the lung tumors interfere.  The primary medication for this is Tolvaptan which costs thousands of dollars after insurance coverage.  He is also on his 3rd hospitalization since his diagnosis.  Jack and his wife, Donna, are retired and on a fixed income.  If you are able to help in anyway, it would be so very appreciated.
