Support Jason Coffey as he battles an aggressive grade 3 brain tumor. Please help him afford to keep his health insurance so he can get treatment.

My brother is facing the toughest challenge of his life. After experiencing a sudden seizure and being rushed to the hospital, he was diagnosed with a grade 3 anaplastic oligodendroglioma brain tumor. Jason has undergone surgery to remove most of the tumor (they can never get all of it). He has also finished 33 rounds of radiation where he had to travel every day for over 6 weeks to get radiation at a cancer center. The next step he faces is chemotherapy and other tumor-reducing drugs for the next year; some of these medications he will be on forever. He will need bloodwork every month and an MRI every other month for at least a year. He will have to be monitored by MRI for regrowth of this brain tumor for the rest of his life.

At this moment, his family is facing many challenges. Since the surgery for the tumor in August, he has not been able to work and now he is losing his health insurance from his employer. The only real option he has is to find a way to pay for insurance himself, which is a real issue when you have lost your income. Any donations can also help in paying for utilities, food, gas for travel to and from treatments, etc.

Our family is doing everything we can to support Jason and his family, but the costs are overwhelming, and we want to make sure they have what they need to get through this difficult time.
