Due to the family being unable to decide who the remainder of the donations be sent to this gofundme has been closed, and remaining donations will be returned to donors original method of payment. Those who receive refunds and wish to help Garth and Gail with their MOVE, are asked to send donations directly to Garth or Gail Miller.

An account will be opened in the upcoming days so that if you DO receive a refund and wish to have it given to Jamie’s sons as stated in the gofundme- that information can be provided.

AT THIS TIME I AM UNSURE OF WHO THE REFUNDS WILL BE GOING OUT TO AS THE MILLER FAMILY HAS ALREADY WITHDRAWN $3000 FROM THE FUNDRAISER.

We are devastated to share that we lost Jamie Miller tragically and far too soon. His passing was sudden, shocking, and has left a hole in the lives of everyone who knew him. No family-especially parents- expect to be planning a funeral for someone in their 40s, and no child is ever ready to say goodbye to their father. This loss has shaken us in ways we’re still struggling to understand.

Jamie was the kind of person whose presence made life lighter. He never stopped giving — whether it was his time, his help, or a simple check-in to make sure the people he loved were okay. He had a way of showing up exactly when you needed him, and he gave wholeheartedly without ever expecting anything in return. That’s the Jamie we all carry with us — generous, loyal, and full of warmth.

Now, in honor of the kindness he showed to so many, we’re coming together to support him and his family during this heartbreaking time.

This fundraiser will help cover funeral expenses, something no one was prepared for, and any remaining funds will go directly to his children as they face a future forever changed by this loss.
