On September 24th the Camba Family got news they never imagined they would ever hear. Little Gracie Marie Camba was taken to the emergency room at PeaceHealth in Longview and then immediately transfered to Doernbecher's Children's Hospital, tests were ran and a meeting was scheduled with the family the next day upon arrival of Gracies daddy (Jordan Camba) who was stationed at Fort Polk Louisiana Army Base. On September 25th, both the Camba and Barnwell family were devastated with the news that Gracie only 4 years old had a inoperable tumor the size of a tennis ball on her brain stem. She is a bright blessing to all who meet her. She has a personality that shines from inside out. She is 4 years old and loves shoes. She is a complete girly girl. Her heart is full of love and compassion for others. I know it seems a little much for a 4 year old but she is super bright. Has been having full on conversations with her grandma Rhonda Camba since she was a year old. There were 3 options for us in which none were a cure or even close to one. The chemo and radiation would do nothing to help other than make her sick. The clinical trial would have been nothing but chemo and tests. The third is to let her live out the rest of her days with as much normality as possible. They say she the average time is 10 months depending on how rapidly the tumor is growing. She has been really sick for the past two and a half months and have witnessed a rapid increase in symptoms over the past week. Please donate what you can to help make this family as comfortable as possible during the heart breaking time. And please pray that God carries them through their time of need.
