Help me hear

Hi there, my name is Sherry and I'm asking for help with the purchase of a upgraded version of my cochlear implants. I've been having problems with my current device and I was able to replace some parts for the time being. I was informed that I need to upgrade to new units, the cost is pretty steep, $10,000+ after insurance, and that's per unit. My implants allow me to continue working, I've been a over the road truck driver for 30 years and being able to hear is a requirement for the job.
