Help David get back to work so you don’t have to tell someone else your drink order!!

My name is David Grossman and I had an accident that totaled my car on Saturday morning March 30. It left me with a fractured sternum and multiple broken bones in my left foot, which who all know me well, is the same broken leg as last time. As a result, I am unable to drive to work and perform my job functions successfully.

I was not aware that I did not have disability in my benefits. Unfortunately, AZ does not have any short-term disability help. I am currently using my PTO hours to subsidize; however, it’s only $11.35 /hr with NO tips!

I have a great time at work and like what I do a lot. I miss my work, I miss my clients, and I miss my colleagues. I am super excited to get back and bullshit with everyone but want to be at 100%.

Without a known income in the near future, I am scared I may push myself to get back to work sooner than my body will allow me, causing a possible setback or further injuries. Physically, I’d like to take care of myself without a financial weight hanging over my head.

Donations would be helpful for food, housing, bills, and transportation. These would just allow me to work on my recovery.
