House fire survivors

Hello,

My beloved friends have lost most everything in their home due to a house fire 2/18/23 in Willits, ca. Brooktrails area.

Rudy and Susie Hyatt set the oven to self clean and next they knew the kitchen was on fire. The first responders were able to pull their beloved 13 year old dog from the fire, but they had to seek a vet, and say goodbye to Brutus because of his injuries. Rudy and Susie are wonderful grandparents to 3 amazing boys, supporters in the community, and great friends to many! Rudy was also a part of Mendocino County Search and Rescue for over 3 years.

They will be seeking assistance from their insurance, and all of this will take time. In the meantime they both hold down full time employment and need our assistance with hotel, gas, food, clothing and other daily expenses while they are trying to maneuver through the system.

Any amount you can give will help this family put their lives back together.
