Relocate To Colorado

My name is Lee Garvin. I'm a game designer, writer, and a veteran,  me and my dog, Mal, have had just about all the horrible luck that the East Coast can dish out, what with multiple health crises, crippling debt, eviction, and constant ninja attacks! Okay. that last part is exaggerated, but not that I am disabled, and unable to work as steadily as I used to, It's just not possible to live out here anymore.
But if I head Out West, where I have some friends and contacts, I hope to find a much more affordable place to live, and to be able to supplement my income doing freelance work, or even driving.
But to get out there, I need food, gas, and rent money for a couple of months. I have a plan, I have friends who will help, I just need the cash to start.
