Help Keeping the Lights On

Hey everyone, I had spinal surgery about 9 months ago, and have been trying to get back to work since June. While all the forms have been turned in, I'm still being told that I need to provide information that has already been supplied. In the meantime I've moved to a ground floor unit, because of my limited mobility. On top of all that Lucy had a couple visits to the emergency vet, which cost me over a grand on a credit card I had to apply for.

My short term disability ran out at the end of June. While I continue to fight to return to my job, I need some financial assistance to pay rent and bills.
