Quentin Lee Blowe , 25 loving son of Norman and Mardesky Blowe,  passed away Monday, August 31st, 2015 at MCV hospital in Richmond, VA. Quentin was a avid redskins fan and a devoted father. He will be remembered for his humorous jokes and attractive smile.  All donations will be a blessing to his family. No donation is too small. His family appreciates all of the continuous love and support. "T-Peter" will be greatly missed by all. God bless.
