Update: I have been informed that he has passed away as of Saturday, at 2 PM. Any funds will be put towards the expenses for his funeral.

This fund was made out of the request of my auntie, who allowed me to do so. My Uncle Brian has been fighting cancer for the last few years, and just recently we found out it has worsened even more, in the form of a metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma. Chemo and Radiation are out of the picture as it has metastasized. He hasn't eaten in the last few weeks because of the severe nausea, and has been taking only pain and nausea medication.

My Uncle doesn't want his wife, my Auntie, to deal with the expenses that come with his wishes to be cremated and have a proper funeral, so he's hoping to get some funds in to help leverage the expenses for her. Even if we were to bring him to hospice, it is still costly, and both my tita and tito want to spend time, as the house that they live in was built, and they spent so much time and effort into putting it.

Any amount can help right now, and everyone in my family would greatly appreciate it. The goal is flexible, and any amount we reach would do wonders for my Aunt and Uncle to live their last days together in peace, and the aftermath.
