It's with the deepest shock and sadness I have to let you all know that Rhiannon’s little baby boy Jacob passed on into the Light on Saturday. We send our heartfelt condolences to Rhiannon, Charlotte, PJ, Jack and Sam, please keep them all in your thoughts and prayers.
