Medical Expenses

Addison is a 16 year old that attended high school in Tyler, TX.   She enjoyed cheerleading and lettered in softball.

During cheer practices, Addison received a traumatic brain injury leading to being diagnosed with severe episodes of non-elliptic seizures and neurological issues. Due to this Addison has had to drop out of school for the year.  The school does not carry insurance for athletic events and has not helped.

Addison is receiving guidance from her neurologist at Children's Hospital in Dallas along with speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. She is receiving counseling to deal with all that is going on in her life. Addison's mother (Lori) is a single mother that does not receive child support nor alimony. Appointments are weekly to Dallas (250-mile round trip) and have put a financial burden on them.  Lori works at the school and has not been able to due to the appointments and Addison's constant daily seizures.
Addison has been referred to the Mayo clinic and to the Brain Plasticity center in Denver. Unfortunately, Addison's insurance does not cover either location so Lori has to cover the cost. 
I am asking that we all donate to this medical cause, so we can get Addison back to being healthy and in school.
