It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Ernestina Diaz on 01/01/26 at the age of 74.

Ernestina was a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a mother, and a grandmother, a loved one, and a woman who meant so much to those who truly knew her. She faced serious medical complications and passed away after a difficult and unexpected hospitalization.

Her son, Jeffrey Diaz, was her sole caregiver and best friend and lived with her full-time, balancing two jobs while caring for her. Now he also has inherited her five dogs and one cat on top of his own two dogs. This loss has been devastating, both emotionally and financially.

We are asking for help to cover funeral and memorial expenses, as these costs were not anticipated and come at an incredibly painful time. Any contribution — no matter the amount — will go directly toward laying Ernestina to rest with dignity and respect.
