Help with Medical Expenses.

I have been told by my doctor that I should go into intensive outpatient therapy for my depression and anxiety.  I've had depression and anxiety since i was very young, and it's kept me for enjoying my life fully.  

here are the reasons why i am asking for help: 
I do not have any PTO left, I've used it all due to my depression 
I'll be off work unpaid for 2 weeks. So I need help with bills, groceries etc. 
I have a 2000.00 deductible that I haven't met, so it'll all be all out of pocket. 
Because I want to get rid of this thing that I have carried for so long; i know it's not going away permanently but less visits and more happy days would be nice.
