Bring Chloe Home

My name is Shilo, my biological daughter, who was adopted by my parents, so legally my sister, Chloe is in a bad situation. She had been living in China on a work Visa that had expired last December. She realized it had expired 2 weeks after and immediately informed her employer, who was responsible for maintaining her legal working status. As per their laws, they took her to the police station to document the situation, my daughter was booked and processed in a Chinese jail, released and told there would be a fine. After a few months of trying to find out how much her fine was, the company she was working for still was not fixing her Visa status, she learned her biological father has stage 3 cancer and decided to come home to the states and spend some time with him. Her job was terminated after she informed them she was heading home, she managed to afford a plane ticket back to NY. When she showed up to exit China she was stopped and told she needs to go back and pay her fine, which the Tainjin police still won't tell her how much it is, we are guessing the maximum fine of 10,000CNY or approximately $1500. She won't receive the refund on her plane ticket for anywhere from 40-60 business days. She has no job or legal way to obtain a job as her work Visa expired, no place to live, as she gave up her apartment to return to the states, and no money to leave when she does get the fine and documentation. I need help bringing my daughter home!
