We are all heartbroken by the unexpected loss of Jacob Constance. He was an amazing father, husband, son and friend.

He leaves behind 4 small children and a young wife who he was the primary provider for. We have created this fundraiser to help alleviate some of the upcoming financial burdens she will face while grieving the loss of her husband.
