Dear Kingsbridge, can we help James?
James is our local Big Issue seller and since the shutdown he finds himself without work and income for at least 12 weeks. He also works for the fairgrounds in the area in the summer months, which is of course uncertain now.
So, I’ve started this fundraiser to help him get through an unprecedented tough time. I understand many of us are facing an uncertain time ourselves, but maybe not as tough as some. He loves being self-employed selling the Big Issue as he gets to meet people (in all weathers). He is trying to find other work to tide him over, but this of course is very difficult and not really following Government guidelines. If you can spare a few pennies or pounds it will help enormously. He wishes you all well and hopes to see everyone soon.
