Victims of Domestic Violence and sexual assault

Hey everyone! I am attempting to do the David Goggins challenge which consists of 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours to raise money for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. The non profit I work for goes out of their way to provide the necessary resources, shelter, education and legal services to help our clients understand domestic violence.  Please help me make a difference in someone’s. Every mile I run will be with the thought of ending domestic violence as well a sexual assault. If you cannot donate, please help me by sharing this with anyone you can. 

More information about Empower Yolo: Empower Yolo's purpose is to provide twenty four hour crisis intervention, emergency shelter, confidential counseling, training, legal assistance, and other services for individuals and families affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and child abuse. Empower Yolo also offers Resource Centers that provide community services to improve the health, social, educational and economic outcomes of Yolo County residents.
