Greetings friends, family, and community. I am writing seeking your assistance in helping me raise funds for  the non profit organization  One Billion Rising. This global organization is mobilizing and awakening people in the fight against violence against women.  This fight is one that is deeply personal for me. So many women that I know, that you know, are impacted on some level on the issue of violence whether it be emotional, verbal, or physical abuse.  I am committed to joining with others to bring change. Any form of violence against women s not acceptable and has been tolerated for far too long.  For those experiencing the impact of such violence, you are not alone.  It's time to join together and demand change.
