Diane and Mike Ruby had to put down their beloved dog of 14 1/2 years on Sept 3, 2019. After such heartache, Mike went to his mother in law's cabin in Luther to continue his art work. The cabin was his quiet place, his art was his safe place. When his family hadn't heard from him all day on the 4th, they started to worry and sent the sheriff to check on him. That evening, Mike was found deceased in the cabin. This came as a complete shock to his entire family.
