On September 11th, 2023, my friend Alison Lynde was in a horrible car accident in South Vero. She fractured bones in both her legs and arm, and has endured three surgeries so far. She is expected to be in the hospital at least another month then will be transferred to an inpatient long term rehab program where she will need to learn to walk again. She has a long road ahead. Thankfully, she has health insurance but has no other financial help or income during her recovery.
