The reason being for this is simply that it is a very expensive surgery, but one that would greatly improve my quality of life.

For years, I’ve struggled with dysphoria, discomfort, and the emotional exhaustion that comes from feeling disconnected from your own reflection. From looking into the mirror and not knowing who is looking back at you.
