Walgreens team member with a broken neck

Hi, my name is Deb from Walgreens 19483, and I'm fundraising for our fellow team member Art Rankins who is a Shift-Lead at 19483 and needs surgery for a broken neck!. Art is a very hard-working team member, and he's one of the most generous and caring individuals I've ever worked with. He always helps other team members and is willing to assist in any way he can to get things done no matter what. He won the Champion of Champions award last year in Area 69 for his hard work and positive attitude.

Recently he started having pain in his neck and back, continued working, and then was diagnosed with a broken cervical vertebrae that will need surgery ASAP to prevent lifelong debilitation. Now, I know some of you may be thinking, Gee some of my coworkers give me a pain in the neck too! But Art is not a pain in the neck, he just needs our support!

Art's wife is also a Walgreens team member at 19313, so they are truly a Walgreens family. His surgery is coming up on May 30th, and they told him he cannot work at all now and can't come back to work until mid-July. So they could really use any help we can offer to help them out while he can't work to support his wife and daughters.
