Please help us save tucker

A year ago we adopted an 11 year old black lab from a family who could no longer keep him. We instantly fell in love with him and he has been a wonderful addition to our family. His name is tucker and he is the sweetest , loving, loyal boy! Two months ago he developed diarrhea and vomiting. He seemed to recover after a few days but then it started up again. This has been the pattern for the last 2 months. We took him to the vet to get diagnosed and after a couple X-rays it was determined he has a foreign object stuck in his stomach. Our only options for helping him are surgery or have him euthanized. I am not ready to let this boy go but, financially we can’t handle the $3,500 surgery. I am reaching out for help ,  for some of the costs. 
Whatever you can help with will so greatly be appreciated! We love tucker and I know he has a lot more life to live.
