I NEED HELP TO FUND MY 501(C)(3)

Donation protected
Greetings to all!
I am a 3 time cancer survivor, 2 time lung and breast cancer. I come from a family, maternal and paternal, all of whom were diagnosed with different types of cancer. On my mother’s side of the family, I am the only living survivor. Many have passed away on my dad’s side of the family. There are only five survivors on my father’s side of the family, and I am one of the survivors.
Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with lung cancer (right lung), in April, 2005. After I overcame that, eighteen months later, October, 2006, I learned I had breast cancer. In between the two diagnoses of lung and breast cancer, I had to be monitored on a quarterly basis for a tiny spot that was on my chest/left lung area for more than eight plus years. I had to go for a mammogram twice a year for the next five years.
During all that, I learned from my gynecologist, late October, 2012, that I was a high risk for ovarian cancer. So I had a surgery called the Da Vinci robotic surgery (hysterectomy) to prevent me from having ovarian cancer. While I was recovering from the surgery, I had to visit my dream team in New York, (all doctors and specialists), that had been taking care of me for many years.
In January of 2013, I then learned that the spot the doctors had been monitoring for eight plus years turned out to be lung cancer on my only lung (left lung). I learned much during these years because of my daily fight against cancer. I questioned my mortality, my faith grew stronger and I was led to make better choices. At times, I wished for someone I could lean on for help.
Today, I am part of a documentary film called Mortal, representing people of color battling cancer as well as all cancer patients that are battling cancer. I am also on the committee for Relay for Life of Newark for American Cancer Society as the Community Champion Survivor and Caregiver Advisor. For the last five years, I have been a Lead Patient Navigator/Cancer Resource Volunteer for American Cancer Society at Clara Maass Hospital in Essex County. Also, for the last seven years, I have been a mentor for Cancer Hope Network dealing with patients who have been diagnosed with lung and breast cancer throughout the U.S. and internationally.
As a volunteer, I hear firsthand stories of patients receiving cancer treatments including, losing their homes, not having the ability to afford their medications, becoming homeless and/or choosing between medications and food. I want to be able to help these patients by becoming a resource by creating a non-profit organization named after my father.
I am in process of launching my own non-profit business next year, The Preston Young Cancers Awareness-I Am You Institute to provide services and resources, including Look Gorgeous Feel Fabulous, Mastectomy bras, Financial Assistance, and other programs, for all cancer patients and survivors throughout New Jersey.
In order for me to launch this company, I need to receive my 501(c)(3). This company will benefit cancer patients, survivors and caregivers in the State of New Jersey. PLEASE HELP ME RAISE $2,700 so that I may begin helping others!
Your help is deeply appreciated.
