Hello everyone. I hate asking for help, but it appears I need just a little bit to get me out of an awful situation. I am currently cohabiting with my ex and looking to get out. He has become increasingly more erratic and extremely emotionally abusive. I have a new place to go, but unfortunately, due to the financial abuse I received from this person, I need just a little help with moving expenses. I have to pack up my whole home and move into a guest room, one that I am eternally grateful for. However, this means 90% of my things will need to go into storage until I am financially healthy enough to get my own place.

I am asking for donations to help cover the cost of movers, since all my furniture will need to be dismantled and taken to a storage unit, and the first month’s rent of a storage unit, since I am unable to save up for that in time due to other expenses I need to cover while in my current apartment, with no help from my ex.

The sooner I get out of here the better, he has become increasingly more erratic and aggressive and it is getting scary at this point.

I know times are super tough for everyone and I appreciate anything anyone has to give.
