Moving forward in the face of adversity

We've fallen on some hard times...trying to generate some bucks to help get groceries, pay bills and rent due to us both being sick on and off for months and me having to miss work because of it. Being a small business owner with no employees, if I miss work I make no money but the bills don't stop.

I'm asking for your help because I cannot do this alone.
