Help me follow my dream of becoming yoga certified! My yoga journey began when my mom and I started Bikram yoga classes together. We loved the fitness aspect and the mentally challenging nature of the practice. However, over the years I've come to deeply appreciate the positive impact yoga has had on me mentally, physically, and spiritually. I want to share my learnings with others and hopefully create a positive impact on their lives as well. So please, help bring my yoga journey full circle and help me get certified!
