Hi everyone,

I wish I wasn’t writing this but I’m reaching out because one of my closest friends has been in a horrific freak accident while on holiday in Marbella and is now fighting for his life. He fell from a hotel balcony and is now in an induced coma with life threatening injuries - bleed on the brain, multiple broken bones all over his body’s and severe internal damage. He’s already had a few big surgeries, and had a lot more ahead of him before he’s out of it all.

His family have dropped everything, rushed out there to be by his side as their world has fell apart. They haven’t left the hospital They’re sitting there, day and night hoping and praying for Harry’s health as we all are.

I’m running a the Rasselbock marathon in Nottingham on 13th of July to help raise money for Harry, his treatment, care and recovery.
