My name is Frank Wineinger.  My Brother Lee Wineinger was in a serious roll over accident on January 28, 2016.  I would like to raise as much as possible to help his Wife Carol Wineinger to help pay for his Medical bills as he has a broken Clavical, 16 fractured ribs, several cracked veritbre, Broken left arm, and bleeding on the brain,  Today 2-2-2016 I recieved the news he has now been put on life support.
I can not honestly tell you if the monies that you donate would go to paying hsi medical bills, or for something worse,  (possible funeral). 
the Car he was driving was indeed totaled and we are waiting for the insurance to kick in on the Rental so his wife can have transportation to & from the Hospital. 

If you can find it in your heart to help my Sister-in-law I know that she would appreciate it to no end and I myself can't tell you how much it would mean to the Family that is praying for him.
