Shay's Struggle: Health & Housing Crisis

Hi, my name is Shay and I’ve been through the wringer these last 6 months. I went from one toxic roommate situation to another and ended up living in my car, separated from my medical alert service dog for over a month.

I finally got into a safe and comfortable roommate situation this last month and was promised by a family member of mine that I would have the rent and my car insurance still covered until I can get back on my feet. I’ve been dealing with multiple chronic health conditions for years and new testing recently due to new debilitating symptoms, making it hard to keep a stable full-time job.

This family member just decided to change his mind and is leaving me in a bad situation where I won’t be able to afford my health or car insurance, or rent. I cannot lose my insurance because I rely on monthly injections to be able to function, and without my insurance, they are $7000 every time. If anyone can donate even a dollar to help me get back on my feet, I really would appreciate it.
